cancellation policy

To ensure fairness and consistency, all services are subject to the following cancellation policy:

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of that session.

  • Clients remain responsible for the full cost of the session. No refunds or credits will be issued.

  • For athletes using lesson packages, a late cancellation will result in one session being deducted from the package.

Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases such as illness, injury, emergencies, or verified schedule changes (team practice or game adjustments). All exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of BTP Athletics.

Please note that forgetting about a session, poor time management, or known school-related conflicts (such as presentations, assignments, or exams) do not qualify as valid exceptions. Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may result in restrictions on future bookings, or cancellation of scheduled sessions.
